| Silent 2 N-210DU, pure sailplane purpose built in 2004 for FAI DU Class record flights. One of a kind glider with titanium hardware and more carbon fiber than stock production versions to allow heavier pilots to qualify for the DU weight limit. Fantastic handling and agility. Polyurethane paint. Instruments include Winter ASI (kts), altimeter (ft), Ilec vario (SC-7), and Colibri GPS logger. Sealed battery, charging sockets, and solar panel mounted on top of the instrument pod. Fixed main wheel with fairing, solid tailwheel, wing-tip wheels, nose tow hook, removable winglets, and removable canopy. Glider has several world, national, and state records to its credit. This is the perfect glider for DU record attempts, handicapped contests, and fun flying. Avionic fiberglass clamshell trailer with AL-KO hitch, inertia brake, and axle, fresh tires, large storage area, and all supports for wings and fuselage. Also included: toolpouch, tail dolly, clamp-on wing saddle with wheel, new canopy cover, new set of wing gap seals, and spare wheel fairing. Aircraft checkout available.
